About the Role

Coordinating with different consultants and agencies for preparing the tender documents including NIT, Scope of Works, GCC, PCC with all conditions, specification and annexure for all packages Civil works, Civil finishing & Infrastructure.

Possess knowledge as per Indian Conditions of Contract. Pre qualifications of sub-contractors for project, floating bids, preparation of tender analysis report at various stages, actively participating in tender negotiation meeting, preparation of LOA, LOI, Contract agreement, Contract Documentation and sign off the contract with all the formalities.

Responsibilities

• Post to contract agreement, involve in advising the Project team on the contractual issues with respect to Contract Documents, NT.
• Governing the contract by tracking the Bank guarantees, Insurance, Performance Guarantee, and professional Indemnity.
• Manage all Contractual and correspondences with Contractors, subcontractors, and other related parties.
• Closure of Contracts and accounts in line with the agreed contract, thus recommending for the final settlement to the contractors & for claims by contractor ensuring all the necessary supporting documents as mentioned in the contract.
• Develop & Ensure change management process is implemented, and all Changes / Variations are processed and approved on time extensions.
• Contractors / vendor performance, improve efficiencies and value for money initiatives & should have substantial data base from the previous experience to organize vendor with minimum TAT.
• Continuous vendors management to make contracts & purchase more competitive & effective - Building and maintaining the vendor network to ensure that a good pool of credible vendors develop long term partnerships.
• This involves scanning for potential vendors, performing feasibility and quality checks by user departments, getting market feedback, checking vendor registrations and documentation as per rules & regulations and empanelment of sub contractors.
