Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with hands-on expertise in Employee Central configuration, SuccessFactors module integration, and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and integration technologies such as CPI and BIB.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure Employee Central including Business Rules, Workflows, and MDF objects.
Integrate Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules ensuring seamless data flow.
Provide expertise in Online Report Designer Tool and Role-Based Permissions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Work with SAP CPI and BIB for integrations with third-party systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues.
Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and new features.
