JD For Warehouse Management Super User

• Knowledge and handson experience on BY/RP WMS for atleast 8-10 years
• Experience in closely working with the warehouse operations team to resolve the issues
• Worked extensively on BY/RP integrator and is able to perform the configurations independently.
• Experience in Red Praire Discrete DLX, EMS and DDA / MOCA Commands
• Good understanding on the Warehouse management functional knowledge - Inbound/Outbound logistics, Inventory management, Order management, Picking/Packing/ Shipping processes, Carriers and its related setups
• Good proficiency and understanding about Part Profiling, Part tracking, Kitting.
• Experience in scripting languages Oracle PLSQL / SQls, Unix shell scripting
• Functional knowledge in Supply Chain that includes Order management, Inventory management, Cycle counting, Part management / Part profiling

Expected to have proficiency in the below tasks while working as Super User role  -

• Manifest issues
• Huge shipments
• Printer and RF gun assignment / re-config
• Trailer overloading
• Work order closing and inconsistencies
• Inventory issues
• Labels not printing
• RGAs and other receiving issues
• LODUCC
• Trailer closing and dispatch issues
• Systematically ship parts /OB Age task
• Possible excess shipments
• Workflow errors
• Carrier code maintenance
• Policies adding/update/modify
• Update PARS number after closing or dispatching trailer
• Unload trailer
• Packout Issue
• Paperwork issue / Invoice and BOL mismatch
• Location maintenance
• Update pick moves/Wrong data

 

Other Soft Skills -

Communication

- Bridging the gap between IT teams and warehouse workers.

- Reporting issues or system changes clearly.

Training & Mentoring

- Coaching colleagues on using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

- Conducting hands-on sessions and explaining new features or updates.

Teamwork & Collaboration

- Coordinating with warehouse supervisors, pickers, and system administrators.

- Prioritizing support requests during peak hours.
