Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Identify and attract top talent for a wide range of technical roles including developers, testers, architects, cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and more.
• Utilize multiple channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases .
• Conduct screening calls to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions.

End-to-End Recruitment Cycle

• Manage the complete recruitment processfrom sourcing to selection, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and technical skill sets.
• Prepare and present candidate pipelines, hiring status reports, and analytics.
