Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer closure)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategy
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
• Conduct screening calls and initial assessments
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
• Drive offer negotiations and closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience handling mid-level to senior-level hiring
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Experience working in remote or hybrid hiring environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for startups or fast-growing companies
• Exposure to tech / non-tech / marketing / finance hiring
• Consulting or agency recruitment background
