Contract Specialist

Responsible for supporting Legal functions of TCS and its subsidiaries within the region with excellent analytical and communication skills;.

• Strong knowledge of contract laws and good experience in review and negotiation of customer and vendor contracts with experience of leading a team of at least 2 members.
• Experience of working in IT outsourcing contracts, non-disclosure agreements, software license agreements, subcontracts, MOUs, and other related documents will be preferred;
• Good knowledge and experience of prosecuting and defending suits, criminal proceedings, employment related litigation and arbitration matters of the Company in the region; and
• Assist the administration and coordinating with external counsels/advocates in due diligence or title search of immoveable property and review and negotiation of lease agreements, license agreement or sale deeds for and on behalf of the Company;
