Contract Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate Recruiter/ TA specialist who can join us as a Direct contractor for 6 months and later may be converted to a Full time employee based on Performance.

Must have skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in end to end recruiting from understanding the requirement to onboarding
• Experience in hiring for ERP consulting roles like Oracle, SAP etc.
• Must be well versed with the candidate market and have a good active network of candidates
• Must be an expert at Head hunting from target companies
• Must have worked with some AI tools in recruitment
• Must know job portals, Linkedin recruiter thoroughly
• Stakeholder management and proactive approach
• Ms Excel skills - Vlookup, Pivot tables and basic formulas
• Experience in hiring for Onsite to AMEA region (gulf countries) is good to have

Job Location - Makarba area, SG road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
