Lead the strategy development and execution of bid/tender strategies for solar projects.

Oversee the preparation and delivery of Bid / tender documentation and other milestones as part of the bid strategy and competitive process rules.

Identify risks in the bid strategy and develop solutions to overcome those.

Identify permitting, Environmental and jurisdictional approval requirements as needed for Bidding and commercial & time effect of same for project execution.

Proficient at contract negotiation & management and experienced with contract specifications, sub-con selection, and project implementation insurance and other approvals.

Review and manage technical & commercial analysis for Sub-Contractors, schedules, budgets, scope, subcontractors, EHS plans and permit compliance.

Coordinate with principal / owners / owners engineers and equipment vendors to ensure adherence to and compliance with contract terms and delivery of contractual deliverables in accordance with the project budget and schedule.

Ensure project quality control and safe construction practices by conducting on site inspections as needed, coordinating with 3rd party firms if necessary.

Lead and/or facilitate project status update meetings with utilities, EPCs, off-takers and finance counterparties, facilitating discussions with a detailed project plan and high-level status dashboard.

Salary: upto 20 LPA
