Company : Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider -Subsidiary of a Singapore based company

Role : Commercial/Contracts Analyst / Manager Infrastructure Sector

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Review correspondence with customers, analyse issues from both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Support management in decision-making by providing insights, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Maintain contract and commercial documentation in an orderly, audit-ready manner.
• Liaise with partner organisations contracts teams for alignment, negotiation, performance and compliance.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, obligations, and escalations.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms, amendments, & scopes.
• Identify commercial risks, suggest mitigation strategies.
• Preferably bring experience from infrastructure sectors: roads, energy, airports, or allied sectors.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical), Law, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• Prior experience (4-5 years) in contracts / commercial analysis in infra / EPC environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills written & verbal.
