Onw of our premium Real Estate client is looking for an experience Contracts professional to manage the end-to-end contracts process for our projects, with a primary focus on contract management, estimation and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will strong expertise in contracts and estimation, along with a working knowledge of interiors and finishing works (such as interiors, lobbies, glass detailing and windows )

Contracts & Estimation
Procurement & Negotiation

Systems & Reporting

Preferred candidate profile

BE Civil / Quantity Surveying / related fields.
Min 8 years + experience in Contracts & Estimation
Strong understanding of contracts, tendering, BOQ preparation, and cost control
Basic knowledge of interiors & finishing work contracts
Proficiency in SAP / ERP and MS Office tools
Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
