Key Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global stakeholders and contract owners to collect contracts and related key metrics.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support contract owners in understanding contract context and key parameters.
• Analyze contracts and challenge contract owners where necessary to ensure accurate and standardized representation.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to generate management insights and support follow-up/control activities.
• Perform contract storage and migration activities with high attention to detail.
• Identify gaps and resolve data quality issues, including inconsistencies and missing data.
• Execute data migration processes ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Validate migrated data against source data as per business requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of contract representation rules and ensure smooth transition management.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to research and document ESM processes related to contract, demand management, and risk management.
• Automate quality checks (unit-level and global-level) to ensure consistency and compliance.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Contract Management lifecycle
• Experience in Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Understanding of Risk Management frameworks
• Experience in data migration, validation, and quality control
• Dashboard creation and reporting skills (Excel / Power BI preferred)
• Strong documentation and process governance skills

Eligibility Criteria

• 57 years of relevant experience in Contract Management / Risk / Vendor Management
• Experience working with global stakeholders preferred
• Immediate to short notice candidates preferred
