Role and Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for various indirect categories (IT, Marketing, Facilities, HR, Professional Services).

Cost Management: Drive cost optimization, implement Zero-Based Costing (ZBC), and analyze spend to find savings.

Supplier Management: Lead RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and build strong relationships.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Finance, Legal, IT, Business Units) for needs alignment and smooth processes.

Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and manage supply chain risks.

Process Improvement: Analyze data, streamline procurement, and support end-to-end procurement lifecycle.

Key skills & knowledge:

Experience: Proven background in procurement, ideally indirect sourcing.

Technical: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and procurement platforms.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Domain Knowledge: Understanding of IT, MRO, marketing, or other specific indirect categories.
