Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Zendesk QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Zendesk-based applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual and/or automation testing, with a solid understanding of Zendesk platform functionalities, APIs, and workflows.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in QA testing (Manual/Automation).

Hands-on experience with Zendesk platform.

Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.).

Understanding of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus.

Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).

Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Zendesk integrations and custom apps.

Basic knowledge of JavaScript / Python for automation.

Experience in CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.

Understanding of customer support workflows and CRM systems.
