Job Description
The role involves to support employee life cycle activities involving data, systems & people. We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented person to work on HR systems and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Information management, updating, audits, QC and validation
- HRMS system handling, upkeep & maintenance
- Working on Power Bi, Excel, PPT for HR MIS dashboards
- Identify & rectify data gaps and inconsistencies
- Handle HR transactions and documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any field
- 6months to 1year experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, predominantly in Excel + PowerPoint
- Working knowledge on Power Bi, Web apps / AI tools such as Canva is an added advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to think cross functional
Soft Skills:
- Ability to Comprehend, Powerful listener
- Adaptable, Comfortable with change & is proactive
