Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Duration: 6 months (PPO opportunity)

Stipend: 12,000 per month

Work Mode: In-office | 5 days/week

ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a Content Writing Intern who doesnt just write, but creates.

Youll work on platform-first content, experiment with ideas, and learn how creativity meets performance in real-world brand communication. Youll gain hands-on exposure to defense and aerospace brands and understand how modern storytelling is built from scratch.

This is a learning-focused, execution-heavy role where curiosity, initiative, and consistency matter more than perfection.

WHAT YOULL DO

Content Creation & Copywriting

Write engaging copy for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Create captions, hooks, taglines, reels/scripts, and carousels

Assist with blogs, website copy, and brand narratives

Social Media & Platform Know-How

Learn platform formats, trends, and algorithms

Track trends, audios, memes, and creator formats

Suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement

Ideation, Research & Collaboration

Brainstorm content ideas for launches and campaigns

Research audience behavior, competitors, and trends

Collaborate with designers, strategists, marketers, and the founder

Analytics & Optimization

Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, saves, shares)

Test ideas and optimize based on performance

WHAT YOULL LEARN

How defense & aerospace brands communicate and build trust

How to create scroll-stopping, performance-driven content

How creative strategy, content, and analytics work together

How real campaigns are planned and executed

WHO YOU ARE

An active social media user who understands or wants to learn content performance

Curious, observant, and creatively expressive

Comfortable experimenting and iterating

Interested in creating content for brands or as a creator

A micro-influencer or someone building their digital presence (preferred, not mandatory)

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate or final-year student in English, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related fields

Strong writing skills with a natural feel for tone and storytelling

Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms

Basic understanding of analytics or content performance

Preferred

Experience using AI tools to support content creation, research, editing, or workflow efficiency
