Content Writer

We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Senior Content Writer with 3 years of proven expertise in content creation, strategy, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will not only craft compelling and SEO-optimized content but also own the content roadmap, lead editorial processes, and ensure alignment with SEO and business objectives.

This role demands a blend of copywriting excellence, content strategy, and leadership skills to deliver engaging, high-performing content across multiple platforms. The candidate will mentor junior writers, manage freelancers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write and oversee the production of clear, engaging, and high-converting content for websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, case studies, email campaigns, whitepapers, and other digital assets.

- Develop and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with SEO, AIO, AEO, GEO, and business growth objectives.

- Build and maintain brand style guides and governance frameworks to ensure consistency in tone, quality, and messaging.

- Optimize content for SEO, AIO, AEO, and GEO to ensure visibility across search engines, answer engines, and generative platforms.

- Collaborate with marketing, SEO, product, and design teams to produce high-impact content campaigns.

- Repurpose and distribute content across multiple channels to maximize ROI.

Track and report on content KPIs (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on emerging content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and AI-driven optimization techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing and strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, IT, or digital industries.
• Strong background in copywriting, content storytelling, and persuasive writing.
• Proven track record of managing content calendars and leading content teams.
• Expertise in SEO, AIO (AI Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, etc.).
• Strong command of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
