• Brand Voice & Strategy: Manage brand voice and tonality through cross-functional collaboration with digital marketing, brand, and training teams.
• Multi-Channel Content Creation: Plan, create, and upgrade content for monthly SEO blogs, email marketing campaigns, and WhatsApp marketing.
• Social Media & Video: Ideate ad scripts, collaborate on video projects, and monitor engagement metrics across posts, reels, and stories.
• SEO & Web Optimization: Maintain and update spa location pages quarterly to improve local SEO and support business development for new launches.
• Offline & Operational Support: Update spa menus, posters, and tent cards quarterly based on customer feedback.
• Training & Enablement: Develop and update training manuals and produce short-format training videos to support spa teams.
• Performance Tracking: Regularly track, analyze, and share industry trends and competitor best practices to refine content strategies.

• Content Expertise: Proven experience in SEO writing, ad scripting, and multi-channel content strategy.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to track and interpret metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and social media engagement to drive results.
• Collaborative Spirit: Comfortable working closely with design, ad, and training teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Adaptability: Skilled at adjusting content based on user feedback and business stakeholder requirements.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all brand contentfrom digital ads to physical spa menusis accurate and on-brand.
