Content Writer / Content Specialist

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Content Writer / Content Specialist with 3+ years of experience to contribute to our content strategy and execution across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, SEO-optimized content, managing editorial calendars, and driving audience engagement through high-quality storytelling.


Required Skills

  • 3+ years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital media, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing blogs, website content, campaign copy, and multi-channel content.
  • Excellent command of English grammar, tone, and storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Experience creating content for web, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Google Workspace, and basic analytics tools.


Content Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead content direction for client campaigns, brand storytelling, websites, and digital experiences.
  • Translate briefs into impactful written concepts aligned with strategy and business goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute editorial calendars and content frameworks.
  • Create high-quality content across blogs, websites, social media, emailers, ads, and landing pages.

  • Analyze content performance and implement data-driven improvements.

  • Collaboration & Communication

    • Work closely with strategy, marketing, design, and development teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
    • Present content strategies and ideas to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
    • Mentor junior writers and support a culture of learning and creativity.
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.


    Qualification and Skills Required

    • Minimum 3+years of professional experience as a Content Writer / Content Specialist.
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
    • Experience in blog writing, social media content, and website copy.
    • Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • High attention to detail, creativity, and strong time-management skills.
    • Experience with email marketing content, landing page copy, and campaign messaging.
    • Ability to adapt content based on client feedback and business objectives.
    • Experience managing end-to-end content projects is a plus.
