Job Description

We are looking for a creative Content Writer who can produce compelling and informative content on a daily basis. In this position, writers will be responsible for researching in-depth about the topics given, writing articles and blog posts, Guest posting on third-party websites, and creating engaging posts on Quora and Reddit that accurately promote our brand to our audience.

Candidates must have excellent writing skills, along with a strong understanding of grammar and syntax and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Researching and writing high-quality content
• Ensuring the content is plagiarism-free and not flagged as AI-generated.
• Meeting deadlines for submission and reworks
• Meeting the content needs and preferences
• Editing and revising content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Implementing Best SEO practices to optimise content
• Staying up-to-date with the latest information related to our domain
• Communicating with POC and responding to feedback promptly
• Adhering to SOP guidelines and specifications
• Managing workload and prioritising tasks effectively

Qualifications

• At least 0 - 18 months of experience as a Content Writer with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Good understanding of SEO principles & optimisation, with a focus on both on-page and off-page SEO.
• 6 months or more of Experience in forum-related content marketing, like Quora and Reddit
• Prior experience in YouTube scriptwriting is preferred.
• Prior experience in Edtech is preferred.
• Prior experience in the Education sector is preferred.

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 1.55 years of hands-on experience in Content Writing, copywriting or content marketing, preferably in an edtech-based company or educational sector
