About the Role- We are looking for a skilled and versatile Content Writer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with agency experience, capable of creating impactful content across platforms while managing projects end-to-end. This role requires a research-driven mindset, sharp writing skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and internal creative teams.


Key Responsibilities -


Create high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns

Conceptualise video ideas and develop scripts for short-form and long-form video content

Write thought leadership and long-form articles for LinkedIn, specifically for senior management Draft employee emailers, internal communications, and corporate announcements

Develop compelling award entries, case studies, and success stories for clients

Understand and discuss client briefs, translate requirements for the creative team, and manage projects from ideation to final delivery

Follow a research-first approach to content creation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and depth

Proofread and quality-check influencer content and third-party media videos to ensure brand and language consistency


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 3+ years of content writing experience working for global/reputed brands in a digital marketing or PR agency
  • Proven expertise in writing for social media, digital campaigns, and video scripting
  • Strong command over written English; English graduate or post-graduate preferred
  • Experience in internal communications, corporate content, and leadership communication
  • Hands-on experience with award entries and case study development
  • Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Should not be dependent on AI tools for content creation
