About The Role -

A founders voice is not content. It is narrative, positioning, and cultureat scale.

We are looking for a Founders Social Media Content Writer who can think like a founder, write with conviction, and execute with speed. Someone who understands that every post shapes perception, attracts talent, builds trust, and influences the market.


This role is not about managing social media. It is about building a founders digital presence with intent and precision.


What You Will Do -

Write high-impact, original content for the Founders LinkedIn and Twitter

Translate the Founders thinking, experiences, and vision into clear, compelling,

and authentic posts

Build narratives around students, culture, execution, lessons, insights, and

company building

Understand the audience deeplyfounders, operators, students, and

professionals, Investorsand write accordingly

Execute consistently with high output and fast turnaround

Identify content opportunities from conversations, internal moments, and real-time

events

Help scale the Founders presence into a credible, influential voice in the

ecosystem


This Role Requires a Specific Kind of Thinker -

Someone who thinks like a founder, not an employee

Someone who understands what to say, why to say it, and when to say it

Someone who understands what works on LinkedIn vs what works on Twitter

Someone who understands positioning, narrative, and perception

Someone who values clarity, speed, and precision in execution

Someone who can convert raw thoughts into structured, high-impact content


Our Expectations Around AI -

AI is a tool. Not the writer.


You may use AI for leverageresearch, refinement, or exploration.

But the thinking, narrative, and writing must originate from you.


If your workflow is dependent on generating posts directly from ChatGPT or similar tools without original insight, this role is not a fit.

We are hiring thinkers who use AI to accelerate executionnot replace thinking.


Who You Are -

3+ years of experience writing content for LinkedIn, Twitter, or founder-led brands

Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership is strongly

preferred

Ability to capture and articulate voice, tone, and intent authentically

Strong understanding of LinkedIn content formats, audience psychology, and

distribution dynamics

High ownership, speed, and execution bias

EdTech experience is a strong plus
