• Create compelling, platform-native content for Reddit and Quora communities.
• Write insightful answers, posts, and discussion threads aligned with brand voice and strategy.
• Manage and grow brand accounts through meaningful engagement.
• Monitor brand mentions and craft strategic responses to maintain positive reputation.
• Research trending topics and identify content opportunities within relevant communities.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align messaging and campaigns.

Requirements-

• Fresher or early-career candidate with strong writing skills and a passion for content creation.
• Basic understanding of Reddit and Quora platforms (personal usage experience is a plus).
• Strong eagerness to learn Reddit community guidelines, engagement strategies, and moderation dynamics.
• Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone for different communities.
