About the Role

As a content craftsman, this is your canvas. You will be a foundational storyteller for Sahaj, the artisan shaping our company's voice, articulating our distinct thinking, our cutting-edge offerings, and our core values through thoughtful, masterfully-crafted content. You will build narratives that not only inform but inspire.

Responsibilities

1. Narrative Construction & Refinement

• Forge clear, resonant content that embodies Sahajs brand philosophy, showcases our impact, and speaks directly to relevant, discerning audiences.
• You will be the guardian and creator of content across Sahajs most vital channels:
• Website (copy across all pages and services)
• Social Media presence and voice
• Case Studies: capturing real client challenges and the elegance of Sahajs solutions
• Thought Leadership: Blog Posts
• Event and Post-Event Collaterals

2. Discovery & Deep Collaboration

• Partner with the Leadership Team, Sales Teams, Project Delivery Teams to unearth the hidden stories and technical truths that fuel our external communications.
• Cultivate an inquisitive mindset; ask the questions that peel back layers of technical and business nuance to reveal the core concept.
• Drive research with deep curiosity, ensuring your content is grounded in first-principles thinkingdelivering sophistication without resorting to jargon.

3. Voice Mastery & Editorial Excellence

• Ensure every piece of content reflects the brand ethos: simplicity, respect, trust, and craftsmanship.
• Maintain and elevate the consistent Sahaj tone-clear, thoughtful, honest, and impactful.
• Apply rigorous editorial standards, editing and proofreading all deliverables to ensure the highest quality.

4. Impact & Optimization

• Strategically apply SEO best practices structuring content for clarity, purpose, and discovery.
• Contribute to the content strategy and editorial calendar, focusing your efforts on themes that deliver high-value, lasting impact.
• Collaborate with design and marketing partners to ensure a seamless alignment of visuals and message.

Skills youll bring

• Foundation: Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or Marketing (preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years as a Content Writer or Copywriter. Experience with a B2B tech oriented company preferred.
• Core Capability: Exceptional writing, editing, and the ability to weave a truly compelling story.
• Technical Comfort: A genuine enthusiasm for complex, technical themes from AI/ML to intricate data and engineering frameworks.
• Growth Mindset: The ability to learn rapidly, ask the right questions, and translate the most difficult topics into simple, elegant concepts.
