Role Overview

This role focuses on identifying viral formats, crafting region-relevant hooks, and ensuring our content connects deeply with diverse audiences. We are looking for a culturally aware and trend-obsessed Creative Strategist who can turn social media trends into high-performing, mass-appeal content ideas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Trend Intelligence & Opportunity Identification
  • Track daily trends across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
  • Identify viral formats, meme trends, hooks, and emerging content patterns
  • Translate trends into actionable content ideas for the brand
  • Decide which type of content suits which product or campaign objective
  • Develop high-engagement, mass-appeal content concepts that are relatable and shareable
  • Craft strong hooks, scripts, and storytelling angles optimized for performance
  • Regional & Cultural Relevance
  • Understand behavioural and cultural differences across India (North, South, Metro, Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets)
  • Create region-specific content hooks and culturally relevant communication angles
  • Ensure content resonates with diverse audience segments
  • Performance-Driven Creative Thinking
  • Focus on engagement, reach, virality, and conversions not just aesthetics
  • Analyze content performance and refine strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to execute ideas
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Brand, social media, and Performance Marketing teams
  • Guide creators, editors, and designers on content direction
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice while maximizing engagement


Qualifications & Skills

  • 25 years of experience in content strategy, creative strategy, or social media strategy
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content ecosystem
  • Deep interest in social media trends, memes, and digital culture
  • Strong understanding of Indian audience psychology and regional nuances
  • Ability to think in viral formats, hooks, and storytelling
  • Analytical mindset with focus on performance metrics
  • Strong creative thinking and idea generation skills


Preferred Background

  • Experience working with D2C brands, consumer brands, or digital-first companies
  • Experience in mass-market, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, or youth-focused brands
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or content production teams
