Content Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop a structured content roadmap based on consumer needs and industry trends.
• Identify high-impact content buckets that align with user interests and business goals.
• Define content formats such as blogs, infographics, videos, reports, and interactive content.
• Establish an agile approach to content planning, adapting to changing market dynamics.

2. Market & Competitor Research

• Conduct in-depth industry research to track emerging trends, key topics, and evolving investor behavior.
• Analyze competitor content strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Stay updated on global and domestic capital markets trends to provide fresh insights.
• Use data-driven analysis to refine content topics and improve engagement.

3. Consumer Insights & Engagement

• Identify investor pain points and create content that addresses their concerns effectively.
• Develop insights-driven storytelling to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Optimize content for different audience segments, ensuring personalized and engaging experiences.

4. Execution & Multi-Format Content Creation

• Work with designers, video producers, and writers to produce high-quality content.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all content platforms.
• Experiment with interactive content formats to enhance audience engagement.
• Manage and oversee content distribution across website, social media, and other channels.

5. Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with business, product, research, and other marketing verticals to align content with business objectives.
• Act as a thought leader, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the content strategy.
• Manage external agencies or freelancers when needed for content production.
• Drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, and execution within the content team.

Key Requirements

1. Experience & Expertise

• 8-10 years of experience in content strategy, digital content creation, or financial journalism.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, trading, and financial services.
• Proven ability to identify market trends and translate them into compelling content.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
