Mumbai | Full-time | Reels | Creator-Led Campaigns
Were Webzaa a performance-first agency reimagining real estate marketing through emotionally resonant, creator-powered storytelling. Were building a content team focused on short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). Youll lead it.
- Own creative direction for all reel-based campaigns
- Lead a team of writers, researchers, and editors
- Craft scripts, hooks, and formats that drive emotion and action
- Collaborate with influencers to co-create native, high-conversion content
- Align creative with performance goals and audience insights
- Build a library of winning formats and storytelling styles
- Deep understanding of short-form video and platform dynamics
- Strong storytelling instincts + performance mindset
- Experience leading creative teams and briefing creators
- Bonus: real estate, lifestyle, or wellness exposure
