About the Role

Were looking for a Content Strategist who can connect the dots between financial insight, brand strategy, and compelling storytelling. Youll be the bridge between our business goals and our audience shaping how we educate, engage, and inspire investors across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Editorial Strategy: Translate InCred Moneys content and marketing goals into a clear, data-backed editorial calendar across newsletters, ebooks and YouTube videos.
• Content Oversight: Edit and refine all long-form content including research-led newsletters, ebooks, whitepapers, and video scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with in-house and freelance writers, designers, and video producers to deliver impactful stories.
• Audience Understanding: Decode investor psychology and create content that builds trust and drives engagement.
• Quality & Consistency: Maintain editorial excellence, ensuring every piece of content aligns with our tone, purpose, and positioning.
• Thought Leadership: Identify opportunities for InCred Money to lead conversations on markets, macroeconomics, and investing trends.

Ideal Profile

• 610 years of experience in financial journalism, content strategy, or editorial leadership.
• Strong grasp of markets, macroeconomics, and personal finance.
• Exceptional storytelling, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring writers or leading small editorial teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment with multiple stakeholders.

Prior experience at Financial publication or an investment related fintech/startup environment is highly preferred.
