Were looking for a Content Strategist & Creator who can own our content end-to-end: from what should we post? to why did this work?

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who understands the creator economy and wants to build content that actually moves the needle.

What Youll Own

Content Strategy

Youll be the brain behind our content engine.

• Build a monthly content strategy aligned with product launches, creator needs, and brand narrative
• Decide what we say, where we say it, and why
• Plan content across: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts / Reels, Blog & Website, Communities (WhatsApp / Telegram)
• Track creator & social media trends and turn them into high-impact ideas
• Create clear content calendars tied to goals: awareness, engagement, acquisition
• Work closely with product, marketing, and creator success teams to tell real stories

Content Creation

Strategy means nothing without execution and youll execute.

• Script, shoot, and create: Reels & short-form videos, Long-form explainers & tutorials, LinkedIn & Instagram posts, Creator success stories
• Record and edit videos (basic editing required; advanced is a plus)
• Maintain a consistent Cosmofeed tone: clear, creator-first, no fluff
• Collaborate with designers or agencies when needed (youll lead the brief)

Performance & Optimisation

Because vibes are great, but data matters.

• Track content performance: reach, engagement, retention, conversions
• Use insights to improve hooks, formats, and distribution
• Stay updated on platform algorithms and best practices

What Were Looking For

• 14 years of experience in content creation + strategy (startup or creator space preferred)
• Strong understanding of the creator economy & social platforms
• Comfortable scripting, shooting, and editing short-form content
• Strong copywriting & storytelling skills
• Ability to work fast, iterate faster, and own outcomes
• Data-aware: you dont just post, you learn

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with creators or creator-led brands
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Ability to manage freelancers or interns
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)

• Growth in engagement and reach
• Consistency and quality of content
• Increase in inbound creator interest
• Performance of monthly campaigns
• Reduced dependency on external creators for brand content
