Job Summary

Tru Performance is looking for a Digital Content & Social Media Manager to own and drive end to-end content across website, blogs, newsletters, sales enablement assets, and social media (brand + founder-led content). This role will be responsible for planning, creating, repurposing, and managing high-quality B2B content that supports brand authority, lead generation, and sales enablement. The candidate should have strong writing skills, social content experience, and the ability to convert business inputs into structured content.


Key Responsibilities

Create and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars

Develop content aligned to ICP, services, and campaign themes

Write and manage website pages, landing pages, and blogs

Create founder-led LinkedIn content and manage brand social channels

Produce newsletters and long-form editorial content

Create sales enablement assets such as:

Case studies

Testimonials

One-pagers

Ebooks and guides

Repurpose long-form content into social and short-form formats

Coordinate with SEO, performance, design, and leadership teams for inputs

Use AI tools for content drafting and repurposing

Maintain content repository and templates

Track and improve content performance metrics

Newsletter open and click rates

Case study and asset production volume

Required Skills

Strong B2B writing and editing skills

Experience in blog, website, and social content writing

LinkedIn content strategy and execution experience

Newsletter and editorial writing experience

Case study and storytelling capability

SEO-aware writing skills

Content planning and calendar management

Ability to extract content from SME and founder discussions

Basic content analytics understanding


Tools (Preferred)

WordPress Publishing

Experience Required

45+ years experience in:

Digital content

B2B marketing content

Social media content

Agency / B2B / SaaS / Consulting background preferred

Proven portfolio of blogs, social posts, and long-form content required


Education

Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred

Strong portfolio can substitute for formal specialization
