Role Overview

Were seeking a dynamic and insights-driven Content Specialist Digital to craft compelling content that drives lead generation, lead nurturing, and brand engagement. This role goes beyond short-form copyyoull leverage consumer insights, market research, and trend analysis to develop content in varied formats, including ads, infographics, topical creatives, and thought leadership pieces.

Your work will directly impact how Indian homeowners discover, understand, and adopt solar energy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Nurture

Create persuasive copy for Meta ads, WhatsApp journeys, and other performance marketing channels.

Develop nurturing content that builds trust and moves prospects through the funnel.

Research-Based Content

Translate consumer insights, industry trends, and market data into engaging narratives. Develop research-backed content such as explainer articles, bite-sized insights, and infographics.

Digital & Creative Content

Conceptualize and produce topical campaigns, thought leadership pieces, and trenddriven storytelling.

Collaborate with design teams to turn content into visually engaging formats like infographics, social posts, and video scripts.

Collaboration & Optimization

Work closely with marketing, performance, and design teams to ensure alignment with brand voicetrustworthy, expert, and approachable. Continuously test, analyze, and refine content based on campaign performance and consumer behavior.

Requirements

47 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in performance marketing, consumer tech, fintech or home services.

Proven ability to craft content that drives leads, nurtures prospects, and builds consumer trust.

Strong skills in research, insights, storytelling, and simplifying complex information.

Experience creating multi-format content (short-form, infographics, video scripts, topical campaigns).

Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, and digital campaign optimization.

Knowledge of renewable energy or sustainability is a plus.

Exceptional command of language and attention to detail.
