We operate across EV financing, battery repurposing, BESS, and electric bus leasing solving real problems like affordability, residual value, and lifecycle economics. We dont sell aspiration. Our audience ranges from auto drivers earning a daily income to enterprise buyers evaluating energy investments.


The Role

This is not a content posting job.

You will own social platforms across Turno brands, with clear objectives tied to growth, trust, and business outcomes.

You are responsible for turning platforms into assets.


What Youll Own

- Platform Purpose

Every channel must have intent community, education, trust-building, lead generation, or product clarity.

No random posting.


- Growth & Performance

Drive month-on-month growth in reach, engagement, and qualified impact.

Understand algorithms, retention mechanics, and content compounding.

Audit performance. Scale what works. Kill what doesnt.


- Problem-Solving Content

Translate business value into clarity:

  • Why this product?
  • Why Turno?
  • How does this improve income, ROI, or reduce risk?

If the content doesnt reduce doubt or improve understanding, it doesnt go out.


  • Multi-Brand Ownership

Own social across verticals.

Work with the in-house creative team to design narratives aligned with business priorities. Ensure messaging consistency across brands.


- System Building

Build structured calendars, review loops, and performance dashboards. Move fast without losing quality.


What Were Looking For

  • 4-5 years of experience growing social channels with measurable results
  • Experience across B2B or high-consideration categories preferred
  • Strong understanding of platform mechanics and content formats
  • Ability to connect content to business outcomes (leads, trust, growth)
  • Analytical mindset you self-review and improve continuously
  • Ownership mentality you dont wait to be told what to fix
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, growth, and leadership
