Omay Foods is a bootstrapped, online-first healthy snacks brand redefining better-for-you snacking. We combine traditional roasting techniques with modern superfoods and are building a strong digital-first brand presence.

We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Content & Social Media Associate to lead our brand content across social and performance platforms.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role.

You will work directly with the founders to:

• Lead Instagram content creation
• Execute creative strategy for Meta ads (video + static)
• Drive brand storytelling visually
• Plan and execute content calendars
• Translate product, offers, and campaigns into scroll-stopping creatives

This role blends organic social + performance creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Ads)
• Plan monthly content calendars
• Shoot, edit, and execute in-house content
• Collaborate with founders on brand messaging
• Track creative performance and iterate based on insights
• Ensure brand consistency across platforms
• Design static creatives for Instagram & Meta ads

Tools & Skills Required

• Strong experience in content creation for Instagram
• Expert use of tools like CapCut, Instagram Edits, Canva
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere (optional but preferred)
• Understanding of what works in performance ads
• Strong visual sense & storytelling ability
• Ability to move fast and execute consistently
