Job Description
Responsibilities
Understand and remain up-to-date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily
Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements
Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager
Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPIs and all performance metrics are met
Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions
- Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project
Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
Preferred Qualifications
Trust & Safety Experience preferably content labelling and/or moderation
Neutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy review
Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
Accurate and critical work attitude
