Job Description

Responsibilities


Own and manage large volumes of legal complaints.
Review graphic, controversial, and offensive content in line with clients legal policies and perform an analysis based on provided guidance.
Develop knowledge across multiple policies to ensure faster, more efficient resolution.
Ensure that all complaints are prioritized based on provided turnaround time.
Ensure that complaints are appropriately tracked, investigated, resolved, and communicated accurately using internal tools and systems.
Proactively raise incoherences, ask questions when guidance is unclear or incomplete.
Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer.
Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements.
Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPIs and all performance metrics are met.
Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions.
A willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project.
