Patients for Patient Safety Foundation (PFPSF) is a not-for-profit organization governed by a Board of Trustees, with a pan-India presence over the past three years. We are committed to promoting safe health education for patients, families, and healthcare providers. PFPSF reaches over lakhs of individuals every week and engages with more than 1000+ hospitals through digital platforms, grassroots outreach, and capacity-building initiatives.

Position Title: Program Manager: Content for Safe Health Library

This is an ongoing initiative a capable candidates can make a career in this field.

Emoluments-Rs 12 lacs padepending on merit and experience.

Prior experience in working with large content creation & management in multiple formats & for different mediums essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing content plans, decide formats, language, editing & approving content.

Manage the data management system.

Manage, Team of content developers, ensuring output of individual team members while being an individual contributor as well.

Coordination with subject matter experts & getting content validated.

Networking, Liaison with contacts and external agencies.

Research articles/ information, content development and drafting, for print and digital media.

Content & format creation for events, webinars, seminars, campaigns, or physical events.

Liaison with trustees and other seniors within and outside the organization

Any other as required

Skills & Competencies:

Highly motivated, self-starter; doer who takes ownership.

Fluent in English. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills along with strong interpersonal relations and teamwork skills

Good IT skills, Proficiency in MS Office applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Web Surfing

Well versed with latest Ed Tech tools, AI and Tech,

Prior experiences with clinical Content development for Health care providers on MNH and Public interface

Proven ability to conceptualize, analyse, innovate, plan, write and execute ideas, as well as impart knowledge and skills

Demonstrated learning agility, pro-activeness, and openness to embrace new technologies at work

Detailed oriented. The ability of multi-tasking
