Internship Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Operations Intern who is passionate

about digital content and eager to learn YouTube growth and channel management. This role offers hands-on exposure to content optimization, backend operations, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Explore and analyze diverse content genres to identify trends and performance insights.

Assist in optimizing video metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, and playlists.

Support backend content operations such as uploads, scheduling, categorization, and

localization.

Assist in audience engagement initiatives by tracking comments and interaction trends.

Support preparation of performance reports and basic analytics dashboards.

Collaborate with the operations team to improve content packaging and presentation.

Qualifications:

Strong interest in digital media, YouTube, and global content trends.

Basic understanding of SEO and analytics is preferred.

Good analytical skills with attention to detail.

Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.

Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
