Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce, DevOps, and AI-driven technologies. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end content strategy across website, product marketing, campaigns, thought leadership, influencer content, and sales enablement
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the content strategy for Salesforce, DevOps, and AI offerings.
- Create high-quality content for website pages, blogs, product documentation, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, pitch decks, success stories, solution briefs, and datasheets.
- Build thought leadership content on Salesforce DevOps, AI-driven development, release automation, and best practices.
- Create content for events, webinars, partner campaigns, and conferences.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal SMEs to co-create impactful content.
- Support demand generation campaigns with email, landing page, and social media content.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all marketing channels.
- Track content performance using analytics and continuously optimize for engagement and conversion.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Salesforce Platform, DevOps, CI/CD, Copado, Gearset, etc.).
- Good understanding of DevOps concepts, release management, automation, and cloud platforms.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, AI-powered development, or intelligent automation is a strong plus.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills for technical audiences.
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, compelling content.
- Experience with SEO, content distribution, and performance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Salesforce consulting or product companies.
- Prior experience with DevOps or AI-based products.
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise sales cycles.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
