Content Marketing Manager | Early-Stage B2C Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage B2C portfolio companies is building their core team, and they are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join them and serve as their Chief Storyteller.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the customer base to understand their journeys, and create sticky content around those stories
• Act as a creative leader - design and execute ideas that lead to best-in-class production across all forms of media - online & offline
• Find ways to change the formats and forms of delivery in new/creative ways
• Define content strategy and roadmap/publishing schedule
• Ensure all forms of content are on-brand, consistent, and optimized
• Work with external vendors to produce high-quality content
• Contribute to strategy and branding, helping shape the our voice and visual identity
• Track and report on communication metrics, and iterate for impact

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in communications, media, or public engagement
• Strong understanding of visual communications
• Prior experience building content around disruptive, innovative products
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to communicate complex topics in accessible and compelling ways
• Familiarity with technology (e.g., AI and data) is a plus
• Experience working with external vendors
