Role Overview
Were looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can translate brand strategy into scalable content systemsacross web, social, video, and thought leadershipwhile owning performance outcomes (traffic, engagement, leads, and pipeline influence). Youll collaborate closely with Creative, Production, Design, and Growth teams to build a content engine that amplifies Netdex Medias work and our clients successes.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategy & Planning
Build and own the content marketing strategy aligned to business goals (brand awareness, demand generation, and client acquisition).
Develop annual and quarterly editorial calendars (themes, narratives, formats, channels) and maintain a content pipeline with clear milestones.
Lead audience research (personas, journeys, pain points) and map content to funnel stages (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).
2) Content Creation & Production
Write and/or commission high-quality content: case studies, thought leadership articles, campaign breakdowns, showreels, microsite copy, whitepapers, social posts, newsletters, and award entries.
Partner with Ad Film Production and Design teams to script and package video-first content (behind-the-scenes, teasers, directors notes, brand films, reels).
Maintain voice and tone guidelines; ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
3) Channel & Distribution
Own website content (blogs, landing pages, portfolio), social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), email/newsletters, and PR/earned media collaborations.
Implement content syndication and community engagement (industry forums, awards, guest posts, podcasts).
Collaborate with SEO and Performance Marketing to maximize organic reach and conversion impact.
4) Performance & Optimization
Define and track content KPIs (organic sessions, rankings, CTR, engagement rates, video views/retention, MQLs, SQLs, assisted pipeline).
Run content experiments (formats, hooks, CTAs, distribution timing) and continuously optimize based on insights.
Build and present monthly & quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
5) Stakeholder & Project Management
Brief and manage writers, editors, designers, and videographers (in-house or freelance); ensure timelines and quality.
Collaborate with Account/Client Partners to co-create case studies and post-campaign narratives.
Maintain a content operations playbook (workflow, templates, approvals, legal checks, usage rights).
Required Qualifications & Experience
36 years of content marketing experience; preferably in a creative agency, production house, or brand marketing environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale content programs that drive measurable growth.
Strong portfolio: long-form writing, case studies, video scripts, social content, and campaign narratives.
Working knowledge of SEO (on-page, content structuring), social media best practices, and analytics.
Skills & Tools
Writing & Editing: World-class storytelling, clarity, structure, and persuasive copy.
Video & Visual: Ability to brief/supervise scripts, storyboards, and edit notes for short/long-form video.
SEO & Analytics: Keyword research, content clustering, GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush.
Social & Distribution: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters; community building.
Project Ops: Notion/Asana/Trello, Airtable, GDrive, CMS (WordPress/Webflow), basic HTML formatting.
MarTech: HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Mailchimp/HubSpot Email, UTM tracking, dashboards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Organic growth: +X% QoQ in organic sessions and ranked keywords (top 10).
Engagement: Y% increase in avg. time-on-page, video retention, social interactions.
Lead impact: Z MQLs per quarter attributable to content; assisted pipeline value.
Velocity: Content output vs. plan (blogs/month, case studies/quarter, videos/month).
Quality: Editorial quality score (internal rubric), stakeholder satisfaction.
