Who Were Looking For:

We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Marketing Head with strong expertise in SEO-driven content, social media strategy, and consumer psychology. The ideal candidate should be able to create content that not only educates and engages but also drives organic growth, brand authority, and customer conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business and brand goals
  • Build SEO-focused content to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
  • Plan and manage content for social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and blogs
  • Create content strategies based on consumer psychology, audience behavior, and buying triggers
  • Lead the development of educational, storytelling, and conversion-focused content for wellness products.
  • Manage content calendars across website, blogs, email, and social media channels
  • Work closely with performance marketing, design, and product teams to create campaign content
  • Optimize content using SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page SEO, and search intent
  • Analyze content performance metrics such as engagement, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO Content, or Digital Content Strategy
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and search intent optimization
  • Experience building organic content strategies for websites and social media
  • Understanding of consumer psychology, storytelling, and persuasive content
  • Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and conversions
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console preferred
  • Experience in D2C, e-commerce, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead content planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams
