Role Description

We are hiring aB2B Content Marketerto help execute and scale Indexeds internal marketing initiatives.

You will operate as acontent owner, responsible for turning marketing ideas into funnel assets that attract, educate, and convert potential clients.

You will work closely with theFounder,Content Manager, SEO Lead, and BDRto plan and execute content initiatives that support inbound lead generation.

Your role involvesplanning marketing initiatives, coordinating content production, and ensuring key assets are distributed effectivelyacross channels such as SEO and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate understands howB2B content supports organic growth, lead generation, and sales conversations, and can translate strategy into tangible assets such as landing pages, lead magnets, reports, webinars, and campaigns.


What You'll Do

Content Strategy Execution

  • Translate marketing ideas and growth goals into clear content initiatives
  • Identify opportunities across the B2B marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
  • Plan lead-generation assets such as reports, tools, webinars, and lead magnets
  • Turn strategic ideas into execution plans and content roadmaps

SEO-Aligned Content Development

  • Work with the SEO Lead and Content Manager to develop high-quality long-form and decision-stage content
  • Ensure content aligns withsearch intent, organic visibility goals, and business outcomes
  • Develop landing pages, thought leadership content, and strategic blog assets designed to attract qualified prospects
  • Maintain a high editorial and presentation standard consistent with premium B2B brands

LinkedIn & Content Distribution

  • Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn posts, newsletter insights, and short-form distribution assets
  • Support founder-led content and thought leadership initiatives
  • Coordinate visual posts, carousels, and short-form insights derived from long-form content
  • Ensure key content assets are distributed consistently to nurture inbound prospects

Pipeline-Supporting Content

  • Create and coordinate marketing assets that support lead generation and sales conversations
  • Collaborate with the BDR to identify content opportunities that support inbound conversations and lead nurturing


What We're Looking For

  • 46 years of experience in B2B content marketing
  • Strong understanding ofB2B marketing funnels and inbound lead generation
  • Ability to translate marketing ideas intoclear content initiatives and funnel assets
  • Strong sense ofwhat high-quality B2B content looks like
  • Strong understanding ofLinkedIn as a distribution channel for B2B marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Experience working inSEO agency or startup environments
  • Familiarity withSEO-driven content marketing
  • Experience supportingfounder-led content or thought leadership
  • Comfort usingAI-assisted research and content workflows
