About Us

Traya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care platform that provides a holistic treatment for individuals experiencing hair loss. Through personalized consultations, we identify the root cause of hair fall using a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition.

Founded by Saloni Anand (techie-turned-marketeer) and Altaf Saiyed (Stanford GSB alumnus), Trayas mission is to de-stigmatize hair loss, address its emotional and psychological impact, and make effective treatment accessible to all.

Role Overview

As the Regional Content Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end content lifecycle across our key South Indian markets. Your mission is to adapt Trayas core brand voicebuilt on science, Ayurveda, and dermatologyto ensure it resonates authentically with regional audiences.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Regional Content Strategy: Execute the content calendar across all onlineplatforms specifically for the South Indian cohort.
  • Performance Ads: Directly manage the copy and production of high-quality content in Kannada/Malayalam/Tamil/Telugu.
  • Nuanced Copywriting: Script and edit educational content that addresses regional hair-care myths, local dietary habits, and water conditions specific to these geographies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, video editors, performance marketers, and product managers to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Provide content support for partnerships, influencers, CRM, and retention initiatives.
  • Vendor/Freelancer Management: Identify and manage a network of regional voice-over artists, translators, and creators to maintain a steady flow of localized assets.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Multilingual Expertise: Professional-level fluency (written and spoken) in at least two of the target languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam), with a strong understanding of the others.
  • Content Experience: 25 years in a Content Management role, strong understanding of both brand storytelling and performance marketing content preferably within D2C, Health-tech, or Lifestyle brands.
  • Cultural Context: Deep knowledge of the cultural nuances, idioms, and consumer behavior patterns in South India.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to track performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) specifically for regional campaigns.
