Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a proven track record in creating high-quality content that engages and converts. You will be responsible for developing a wide range of content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, and edit compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content for various channels.
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it ranks well on search engines and reaches the target audience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content strategy.
  • Mentor junior writers, providing guidance on best practices and content creation techniques.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and content strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in (industry or specific focus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and formats.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in SEO best practices and keyword research.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
  • Ability to adapt to different tones and styles as required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
