Summary: As a Content Management Advisor, you will be responsible for managing content across multiple platforms, databases, and applications. You will support digital asset management, web content management, and content integration. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams and ensuring the smooth flow of content management processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Talent Management. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring their successful implementation. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Ensure effective talent management strategies are implemented. - Develop and maintain talent management programs and initiatives. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on talent management processes. - Identify and address talent gaps and development needs. - Implement performance management processes and tools. - Conduct talent assessments and succession planning activities. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent management. - Assist in the design and delivery of training programs related to talent management. - Support the implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives. - Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement strategies. - Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to drive talent management initiatives. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date talent management data and records. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talent Management. - Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices. - Experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies. - Knowledge of performance management processes and tools. - Familiarity with talent assessment and succession planning. - Ability to design and deliver training programs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Talent Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or a related field is required.
