Summary: As a Content Management Advisor, you will manage content across multiple platforms, databases, and applications. Support digital asset management, web content management, and content integration. Engage with various teams to ensure seamless content delivery and optimization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead content strategy development for various platforms. - Implement content governance policies and procedures. - Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights for optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talent Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Excellence, Data & AI Strategy. - Strong understanding of talent acquisition and retention strategies. - Experience in developing talent management programs. - Knowledge of performance management systems. - Ability to conduct talent assessments and succession planning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Talent Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field is required.
