Job description

Tata Electronics is looking to hire an experienced Content Lead to join the Corporate Communications Team. The Content Lead will be responsible for designing and delivering clear, engaging, and high-quality internal communications, external communication and content across enterprise-wide initiatives. This role partners with leadership and program teams to translate complex work into compelling narratives using presentations, digital platforms, video, and targeted communications. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking and analytical skills to ensure content aligns with company goals and industry trends.



Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and oversee digital and offline content to engage target audiences, enhance brand presence, and drive business objectives.
  • Develop CXO communications for all major initiatives, events and campaigns
  • Create executive-ready visual storytelling content in multiple formats including PowerPoint presentations
  • Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Ability to produce professional-quality video scripts (interviews, explainers, highlights), speeches and talk points
  • Proven experience in conducting research on industry-related topics and generating ideas for new content types
  • Liaise with other businesses and functions, brainstorm, and generate innovative ideas that enrich the quality of the content
  • Oversee content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.



Academic and work qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
  • 8- 10 years of experience in internal communications, content, or related roles
  • Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills. Possesses a strong command of the English language
  • Skilled at translating complex topics into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; with high attention to quality and consistency
  • Strong audience-focused mindset
