Are you someone who can turn complex product flows into simple, intuitive experiences with words? Do you enjoy shaping how users think, feel, and act through microcopy, journeys, and storytelling? If yes, you might be the Content Lead were looking for.

Were looking for a Content Lead with 810 years of experience in UX writing for digital products to drive content strategy and execution across websites, platforms, and mobile applications.

You will play a key role in defining how users interact with products through languagebringing clarity, consistency, and personality to every touchpoint.

What Youll Do

• Lead UX writing and content strategy for digital products (websites, platforms, mobile apps)
• Craft clear, concise, and user-centric microcopy across user journeys
• Translate complex product, business, and technical concepts into intuitive communication
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, UI designers, product managers, and developers
• Define and maintain content guidelines, tone of voice, and design systems
• Conduct content audits, user research, and usability testing to improve experiences
• Mentor and guide junior writers, ensuring quality and consistency
• Contribute to campaigns, video scripts, and long-form content when required

What Were Looking For

• 810 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on UX writing for digital products
• Proven experience working on websites and mobile applications (at least 810 products)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing, product flows, and content systems
• Experience in digital/design agencies or product companies
• Deep understanding of user behavior, information architecture, and interaction design
• Ability to think both strategically and hands-on (lead + execute)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
