Role Overview

We are looking for an MBBS graduate who is keen to explore a non-clinical, corporate career path. This role requires strong language skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work across medical content, quality review, and operational processes. The ideal candidate will have a broad-based knowledge approach, curiosity beyond medicine, and a mindset focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. L2 Review Question Bank

• Review Question Bank content after topper-level academic review.

• Summarize reviewer comments and ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and consistency.

• Ensure adherence to defined structure, format, and framing standards.

• Validate language quality while preserving academic intent.

• Coordinate with content and academic teams to maintain quality benchmarks.

2. Process & Workflow Improvement

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing workflows.

• Suggest practical ideas to improve productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.

• Contribute to building scalable, structured review processes.

3. Corporate Exposure

• Participate in cross-functional corporate projects.

• Learn and adapt to business processes, reporting systems, and operational frameworks.

• Support documentation and reporting using MS Excel and MS Word.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBBS degree (mandatory).

• Excellent command over spoken and written English (critical requirement).

• Broad-based knowledge beyond medical academics; a true generalist mindset.

• Strong attention to detail with high standards for language and structure.

• Ability to think analytically and propose process improvements.

• Interest in corporate career opportunities beyond clinical practice.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
