The Instructional Designer plays a crucial role in creating impactful and engaging e-learning experiences that cater to diverse learner needs. As a fresher, success in this role means demonstrating creativity, a learner-centric mindset, and a keen eye for detail. This position requires designing learning content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and leveraging instructional design principles to deliver high-quality training solutions. It offers an excellent foundation for a career in learning design, content development, or learning strategy within the dynamic EdTech industry.

Details:

• 3 months of internship period ( based on the performance the full - time confirmation will be made)
• Stipend - 10,000 for 3 months ( after confirmation salary will be discussed)
• As of now only full time is available and we would like to approach the candidates who have been completed their last semester exams / now looking for a Campas drive to join a company immediately.

Job Description:

• Design and develop storyboard and script for digital learning formats.
• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.) to create effective learning outcomes.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and design documents for digital courses.
• Ensure content quality, learner engagement, and alignment with client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• 01 year of experience in instructional design, content development, or e-learning.
• Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is good to have.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills is a must.
• Having a Knowledge in AI Tools for storyboard and script are most welcomed .
