About the Role
The Content Formatting Executive is responsible for end-to-end compilation, formatting, and
structuring of academic content (DPPs, Mocks, Textbooks, etc.) for competitive exam prepa-
ration materials. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership of large projects, and
close coordination with subject matter experts (SMEs), operation and internal teams to ensure
high-quality, deadline-driven delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile and format large-scale academic content including books, mock test series,DPPs, and previous year question (PYQ) compilations.
Perform complete typesetting and document structuring using LATEX for physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology content.
Create and redraw figures, diagrams, and illustrations using tools such as Mathcha and other LATEX-based utilities.
Handle projects end-to-end, from raw content collection to final print-ready or digital ready outputs.
Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to resolve content gaps, formatting issues, and technical inconsistencies.
Manage multiple parallel projects with strict deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure consistency in formatting, notation, layout, and academic standards across all materials.
Conduct thorough proofreading, quality checks, and revision cycles to minimize errors.
Maintain version control and structured file management for large content repositories.
Assist in preparing presentations (PPTs) and other supporting academic or internal docu-
ments when required.
Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of LATEX for academic content compilation and formatting.
- Ability to handle complex, content-heavy documents with precision and consistency.
- High attention to detail and strong quality assurance mindset.
- Good communication skills for coordination with SMEs and internal teams.
- Time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Basic familiarity with academic content structure in science and mathematics is preferred.

Graduate or undergraduate background in science, engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience with academic content, publishing, or exam preparation material is aplus.
